We just returned from an incredible trip to the Fiji Islands where we spent a fabulous dive trip aboard the Fiji Aggressor II. The diving was great and featured some of the most beautiful soft coral and marine life the south Pacific has to offer. From towering coral chimneys to exciting shark feeds...Fiji del…

Not mentally certified, yet anyway, but open water certified. It's been a blast and wish I would have did this in my teen years versus waiting till I was thirty. I kind of feel like I've been missing out on something great.
Thanks to all the staff at SDI, you guys have been great and can't wait to do more training via SDI and climb the PADI ladder and maybe one day join the ranks of the great dive masters.

I think I can honestly say that this is the first hobby/sport that has actually caused me to lose sleep due to great anticipation. There are just some many new things that I can discover and the whole world is just a big playground waiting to be discovered. It's crazy because I've only been diving in a swimming pool but just the thought of being able to dive into the ocean and see what most people don't see is just awesome. This coming weekend will be the first "real" open water dive and I can't…

If you missed the DUI dog days event at Alabama blue water, then you missed a good time. I learned more about dry suits in two days then I could have learned anywhere else. DUI were very gracious hosts, and with the purchase of a $10 ticket you could test dive any of four or five different dry-suit set-ups. I dove the TLS350 Dry-suit with a Polartec 300 J/S lining and a pair of Rockboots. I had a great time! Best way to describe it is like being vacuum packed. When the dive was done I was dry...…

"This is a good reef, because everybody likes vessels, and the thing is, this is being sunk as a reef for divers, by divers," said Oppenborn, an architect of St. Lucie County's Artificial Reef Program. "We want to make it a dive attraction as well as a fish attraction."
Original plans were to acquire and sink a Navy ship but when the price tag of three million dollars became too steep, a Martin County Florida tugboat company stepped up and donated a 48 foot tugboat for sinking. Local scuba dive…
